Lent 2026
Lent begins Ash Wednesday, February 18. Join us for Ash Wednesday Worship in-person and online at 7:30pm for holy communion and imposition of ashes. The season of Lent is five Sundays/weeks and leads us into Holy Week, the story of Jesus' passion and resurrection at Easter (April 5). It's a traditional time to set apart and deepen faith, try a spiritual practice, or lean in to the special worship services and rich meaning of this season. We're compiling a Lenten devotional with voices from our GLC community for each day of Lent. Pick up one at church starting 2/15, or sign up to receive these daily by email in the church foyer or online.
